Statusearners Terms of Service (TOS)
INTRODUCTION
The following Terms and Conditions control your membership on Status Earners Program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement (“Agreement”) and that your membership on Status Earners Program (the “Program”) shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the “Member”) and the Program. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by the Statusearners Administrative.
Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in Status Earners Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of Status Earners Program.
Terms of Participation
Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide Statusearners with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, phone number, email address and bank account number.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Statusearners at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
Members may not
- activate or use more than one Memberships account
- select or use an Email Address of another person
- use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person
- use a false or misleading name (Except for privacy), mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
By signing up for the Status Earners program, member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from Status Earners Module. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may delete or cancel your account anytime .
Status Earners reserves the right to track Member’s activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.
Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by Status Earners Module.
Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise or mislead Status Earners Module will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account earning balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
No-Refund Policy: As we are offering non-tangible virtual digital goods (Status Earners Premium Membership) which is registration / entry fee , we do not generally issue refunds after the successful registration of membership or purchasing of our registration coupon code or activation code. Please note that by making payment for membership, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy. NO REFUND.
Subscriber’s Duties (Sharing and Commenting on Sponsored Post)
Statusearners administrators, editors and/or moderators reserve the right to approve or disapprove the contents or comments to be shared from its websites. As a Subscriber, you will only earn by sharing statusearners approved posts via the specified social media platform..
Note that the daily task engagement must correspond with the post date and must be shared as recommended. Subscribers may only earn from the current sponsored task and not the old.
Mode of Payment of Earned Income
A Subscriber, who has complied with our daily task policy and the provisions of this T&Cs, is entitled to place a withdrawal order for the payment of his/her earned income after 15th day of his/her subscription of any of our packages. Once a withdrawal order has been placed by a Subscriber, h/she may be paid within 72hours subject to other pending withdrawal order.
A Subscriber’s registration/ membership expires after 15 days, once you’ve made up to the expected Return on your investment via the plan you choose, you’re eligible for withdrawal. which can be renewed by the Subscriber upon expiration.
The fact that a subscriber is not paid his or her earned income within 72 hours does not mean that he will not be paid while the system keeps running. The Subscriber’s earning in such unlikely circumstance, will be restructured and carried over to the following month.
Kindly note that as a Subscriber, you might not get paid at the end of the whole session. We share our Revenue with our activities earners after 15days, we share till the revenue get Exhausted. No guarantee that Revenue will reach Everyone. Statusearners will not be held liable for non-payments of specific Subscribers as it can only keep sharing available revenue to Subscribers across, and when the available revenue from registrations, sponsorships, additional funds, advert placements, and google AdSense are exhausted, it can only wait till more revenue comes in before payments can be apportioned to other Subscribers.
A Subscriber’s discontinued participation in the affiliate program or failure to notify STATUSEARNERS of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of the Subscriber’s membership and forfeiture of Subscriber’s unredeemed earnings.
If Subscriber objects to any of the provisions of this T&Cs, or any subsequent modifications to this T&Cs, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, the Subscriber’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in Statusearners program and properly terminate his or her membership.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and Status Earners in connection with general membership in the Status Earners program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
Definition of Terms For the purpose of this T&Cs
The following words shall have the meaning as stated below:
Subscriber: means a member or user who has subscribed to any of the packages of Statusearners program or any user of the services provided by Statusearners.
T&Cs: means Terms and Conditions.
